When a whale dies, it begins a different journey, one that will take it all the way down through the layers of the ocean until it settles on the floor, and becomes the sustenance for an entirely new ecosystem.

 

The Liquid Animal was inspired by the acclaimed nature documentary 'My Octopus Teacher', and was one of Abigail's contributions to this digital performance.
